OfficeWorks
Make the Switch. It's Easy!
OfficeWorks makes it easy for you to:
• Save your company money.
• Get your supplies faster.
Are you buying what you really need? Are you working with a supplier that meets your specific customer needs? If not, you need to talk to us.
Here at OfficeWorks, we not only supply your needs at a significant discount, but we maintain a database of all of your orders, and the average length of time between purchases. When the database projections tell us that you might be running low, our system sends an automatic e-mail to you with a list of supplies that you might need.
Also, the e-mail contains a direct link to our online purchasing system, making your purchasing process especially fast and convenient.

Title: Office Supplies
In an effort to help cut costs, we will be implementing the following change to our approved vendor list and buying procedures: First, we will begin using OfficeWorks for our office supply needs. After talks with them, we agree with them that their online ordering system would be ideal to help in our cost- control efforts.
Contracts with Office Unlimited, our former vendor, should not be renewed, although you may continue with existing contracts until termination.
Also, supply ordering must now be approved directly through my office. If you need any supplies (including paper, pens, copier equipment, etc.), please leave your request in the designated box in my office. I will contact you with any questions or if we cannot purchase an item you requested.
As many of you have already surmised, central administration is looking at any and all methods to cut costs. Please review all of your budgets, with an eye toward trimming overhead. That means travel budgets, in-house training, and peripherals. If all of us make an effort to conserve, we may be able to avoid the personnel cutbacks that have occurred at some of our sister companies.
Thank you.
