Subject: New Waste Management Guidelines
Dear Sir or Madam,
As head of the municipal Waste Management Task Force, I would like to applaud your efforts in helping us keep our communities green, safe, and healthy.
I am writing because I have studied your website and noticed that you do not include specific information about handling potentially hazardous waste materials, such as laser printer cartridges, batteries, etc. The Task Force has recently defined new guidelines for the proper disposal of such materials and is currently designing a new treatment facility. I would be more than happy to meet with one of your representatives in order to share with you these new handling, disposal, and treatment recommendations that you can then include on your website.
Looking forward to our future collaboration.
Best regards,
Nick Castori
