I have a client who is interested in a light-industrial site located in Singapore. I know you usually handle condominium sales but thought you might have some suggestions. He is the CEO of a Macao firm and one of his employees has invented a new high-tech toy that he thinks will be the next big thing. My client is frantically trying to find a manufacturing facility in Singapore where he can start producing this toy right away. He needs a facility that is at least 5,000 square meters in size and that costs less than US$2.5 million. If you have any leads on this type of site, could you let me know?
