Dear Helen Spencer,
Please find the enclosed schedule for the residential management training seminar beginning on October 1. Your room will be ready by 2:00 p.m. on the first day of the seminar. If you need accommodation for the night before the seminar begins (Sunday), please contact me immediately. The room will be charged separately from the seminar.
Seminar participants should arrive at the venue at 9:30 a.m. on the first day. Please be on time so that you can meet the seminar leader and your fellow participants before the seminar begins at 10:00 a.m. On the second day of the seminar, participants will be asked to demonstrate a case study from their own fields. As you can see on the attached schedule, your presentation is scheduled at 4:30 p.m. There will be time to prepare for this.
