Thank you very much for your e-mail with the tentative itinerary. Unfortunately, we need to do some re-scheduling since the company has unexpected visitors from China on March 23, Friday.
We will still leave on the 18th but will fly back on Thursday, March 22, instead. I hope you can get us earlier return bookings.
Six more employees will join our Mexico trip, making our entire group number fifteen in total. This means the 20% group discount can be applied, right?
I've stayed in the Wyatt Hotel before. The trade fair venue is just around the corner. Thanks for making a good pick.
