To whom it may concern:
Approximately two weeks ago, I ordered a pair of gloves through your website. Shortly thereafter, an order confirmation was delivered via e-mail which showed the status of my order as pending. I have since logged on several times to check if my account status has changed, but it appears that it is still pending. I did not receive any further updates as promised in the order confirmation, and, on the whole, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with your company.
As it has taken so long to process, I wish to cancel my order. According to my bank records, I have been billed for the gloves but not the tax or shipping. Please refund my money directly into my bank account immediately. I had heard that Sports Gear Inc. offered outstanding service, but I'm very disappointed your company has not met my most basic expectations.
