Dear Mr. Fennimore:
My firm would like to invite you to lead a workshop planned for the middle of May. It is to run from the fifteenth to the seventeenth, will focus on the same topics each day, but will be attended by different staff members daily. We must hold the event over that time period as we do not have sufficient conference room space to accommodate all of our employees at one time. The enclosed form detached from your promotional brochure indicates the topics which are relevant to our needs, and, if you have no objection, our preferred order of their presentation. I also have included a summary of my firm's business operations and the number of attendees expected at each daily session. My assistant, Greg McMahon, will ensure full attendance at each one. Should you be able to accept our invitation, we would cover all travel, accommodation and mid-day meal costs, as well as the basic workshop fees, of course. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Ms. Hynes:
Thank you for choosing Lawton to provide professional assistance to your firm. I can assure you that arranging the presentation order of the topics according to your specific needs will be fine. Due to a previous commitment, however, I would be unable to personally lead the opening day of the sessions you have planned. My long-term associate, Valerie Inman, is highly capable had has no schedule conflict on the fifteenth. Therefore, she will be prepared to conduct the workshop on that day. I would be able to arrive by the evening of the fifteenth and fully review that day's session with Ms. Inman. Please contact me at (309) 2904-7244 or lawtonsys@network.com at your earliest convenience to discuss the arrangements in further detail.
Sincerely,
James Fennimore
