W: Mr. Lee finished putting the monthly report together and asked me to send it to Mr. Shaw. Do you think I should call a courier service?
M: No need for that, Sandra. It costs too much. Just send it by mail. It should get to the home office within a couple of days.
W: All right. I′ll drop by the post office on my way back from lunch then. In the meantime, what do you want me to do with this load of copies I made for Ms. Thompson?
M: Give them to me. I have to go and see the general manager now and I′ll drop them off in her office on my way.
