Woman: Here′s the air conditioner. It made a strange noise last night and then stopped working. Can you tell me how long it will take to fix it?
Man: It shouldn′t be more than a couple of hours if I have the parts. This is a rather old unit, though.
Woman: It′s very warm in here. I′ll sit in the garden and wait for you to finish.
Man: I′ll get my tools and get started right away.
