We regret to inform you that because you only signed up 7 passengers, we cannot provide you a group discount rate. Our policy is that a group requires a minimum of 10 people in order to qualify for the 15% discount on airfare.

Thank you for the speedy reply. We are really looking forward to our tour. We would like to leave on January 15th. We would also like to get a more detailed itinerary for our time in Seoul.
As for the tour, we have two more people who signed up for the trip, and despite our best efforts we can't seem to find one more person. But we feel that with nine people we should qualify for the discount, or a discount of some kind. I realize you have a company policy, but we thought you could bend it just this time. We hope to have a long relationship with you in the future.
