I purchased a Quason 31" color television 7 months ago. While I have enjoyed the television a great deal, a problem has emerged. About a week ago, I started experiencing problems with the volume. There seemed to be a static sound in the background of the normal sound. I thought it might be a problem with the cable connection, so I unplugged and plugged in the wiring again. That didn't seem to do any good. Just today, matters took a turn for the worse. Now, I am unable to get any sound from the TV at all. Adjusting the volume control on the TV or the remote doesn't seem to help.

I am inquiring as to the steps I need to take to get the television repaired. I would like to avoid the hassle of shipping the television, so I would appreciate you sending a service technician to my home to correct the problem.
