W: Your next patient, Ms. Jackson, is not here yet. She called about an hour ago from her accountant′s office and said she might be delayed a little. Should I send in Mr. Peterson first?
M: Yes, please ask him to come in. Also, could you call up my insurance agent, Mr. Harris, after you pick up the X-ray film and tell him that I′d like to see him tomorrow morning?
