The company is installing a telephone messaging system. So beginning next week the operator won′t take messages anymore. Instead you′ll each have a voice mailbox that will take messages when you are away from your desk. That means you′ll have to record an announcement that callers hear when you don′t answer your phone. We′ll have training sessions tomorrow to explain how to do that. You′ll receive a memo later today, telling you which session to attend.
