I am about to finish your Chile trip and will send it to you once I (1)............... the last few details. I'm happy to let you know that it is going to cost you a little less than I previously quoted.
Here is a tentative (2)............... for you to look at until I finish in the next few days.
June 7: You arrive in Santiago and will be met at the airport by Steven Davis. He will take you to your hotel to check in.
June 8: A car will pick you up at your hotel at 7am and take you to our main manufacturing plant outside the city limits of Santiago.
June 9: Mr. Davis will arrive at your hotel at 8 a.m. to take you to the airport. Your flight leaves at 11 a.m. for Washington D.C. I haven't finalized who will pick you up from Dulles airport in Washington, but will let you know at a (3)............... date.
