Welcome, everyone, to our company′s new employee orientation session. First of all, I would like to congratulate you for passing a series of interview sessions to get here. I know that our hiring process is rather tough and I can truly say that all of you have done a great job. Now, to begin our session, I would like to ask you to open the packet you received this morning. In it, you will find today′s schedule. I′d like to point out that the workshop scheduled to begin after lunch at 1 o′clock will be delayed until 3 o′clock.
Instead, the vice-president will be giving a talk about the history of our company at that time. Now, let′s get started with the day′s agenda. The first thing on our list is an introductory speech by the president of our company. Kindly put your hands together for Mr. Sam Stone, please.
