In addition to our regular menu, I would like to point out the day′s Chef Special. All of the menu items are part of a set including a choice of salad or vegetables, a glass of house red or white wine, and a cup of brewed coffee. Chicken, veal, and lamb are all on offer today. The chicken is served in an oven-baked casserole with Middle- Eastern flavors. The veal is pan-fried in olive oil richly flavored with garlic, capers, and red peppers. The chef′s Tunisian lamb has been marinated overnight in a special sauce and then char grilled to perfection. The vegetables today are new potatoes, carrots, and zucchini with butter and fresh herbs.
