In an effort to increase the amount of people that take public transportation and to decrease traffic congestion in the city, Mayor Lewis (1)............... a plan to add one or two bus lanes on every major highway leading into the city.
The mayor's plan will most likely not be finished until early next spring but is expected to cause a massive reduction in afternoon traffic and the amount of cars that are downtown on any given day.
