Question below refer to the following short talk.
I would ask everyone at this time to turn in your company manual to page 15. This chapter of the manual details our company policies. As you read over the various policies, please pay attention to those relating to customer service. I will give you a few minutes to read these policies and then we will discuss I them as a group. Once you have finished reading, please turn to the person sitting next to you. Discuss with your partner how you can better serve your customers. After you have spent a few moments speaking with your partner, write down your ideas on a piece of paper. At the end of this seminar you will have a chance to share your ideas with the rest of the group.
