Questions below refer to the following excerpt from a speech.
I′d like to introduce to you our new office manager Maria Pepper. Maria will report directly to the vice president and will be in charge of running this office. Her job will be to coordinate any special projects you may have and to assign employees to work on the projects. In addition, she will order all the equipment and supplies for the office, keep track of the time card, vacation, sick leave, and the insurance questions you might have. All personnel issues should be brought to her. Maria will now say a few words about her expectations for herself in the office.
