Good morning, everybody, and welcome to the company′s fifth annual marketing convention. My name is Branda Taylor and I am this year′s convener. I′d particularly like to welcome our overseas and interstate visitors. I hope you had a pleasant flight and managed to catch up on your sleep last night. This is the fifth annual convention and I have been present at three of those conventions. I can say that they have provided me with wonderful memories, and, even more importantly, invaluable information about current trends in marketing. As I see it, the importance of keeping up with the latest trends is the key to our survival. So, on that note, let me introduce our keynote speaker, William Irons, who will speak to us about the current trends in our business.
