Hello, everyone. I have been invited to your organization to advise you about increasing your sales. I have observed your operations with a great deal of care, and I must say that I have enjoyed my time here. I should also say that I′ve been impressed with the dedication and enthusiasm I′ve seen here. Your organization provides a valuable service and performs very well. And the staff is effective and efficient and clearly likes working here. It is possible, however, to improve your service and your sales. One of the ways we are going to start doing that is by encouraging staff participation and creativity.
