M: I know. I′m very sorry. I′ve been out of town and I just got back yesterday. I′ll write you a check tomorrow.
W: That′s fine. But next time, please let me know your plans in advance. And if you′re going to be out of town on the first of the month, then you need to make arrangements to pay the rent before you leave.
